1. Service Description

OpenAgent.Mom ("the Service") is operated by Blockchain Zoo Pte Ltd, 230 Victoria Street, #15-01A22 Bugis Junction, Singapore 188024. The Service is an AI-powered wizard that generates configuration files ("workspace files") for OpenClaw AI agents. The Service interviews you about your agent requirements and produces a downloadable ZIP file containing 7 workspace files and a configuration snippet.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Payment & Delivery

• The wizard interview is free. Payment is required to generate and download the workspace files.
• The price is displayed at the time of payment and is charged as a one-time fee per agent bundle.
• Upon successful payment, your workspace files are generated and made available for immediate download.
• Download links expire after 24 hours. You are responsible for downloading your files within this window.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are generally not available once workspace files have been generated and made available for download. If you experience a technical issue that prevents file generation or download, contact us and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund.

5. Agent Behavior Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The workspace files generated by this Service are configuration templates for AI agents. Once deployed:

• You are solely responsible for the behavior of any AI agent you deploy using these files.
• We are not responsible for any actions taken by your deployed agent, including but not limited to: messages sent, API calls made, data processed, social media posts published, or any other autonomous behavior.
• You are responsible for reviewing and modifying the generated files before deployment to ensure they meet your requirements and comply with applicable laws.
• You are responsible for ensuring your agent complies with the terms of service of any third-party platforms it connects to (Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X, etc.).
• You are responsible for any API costs, hosting fees, or other charges incurred by running your agent.

6. AI-Generated Content

The workspace files are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude). While we strive for quality:

• The generated content may contain errors, inconsistencies, or suboptimal configurations.
• You should review all generated files before deploying them.
• We do not guarantee that the generated agent will behave exactly as described during the interview.
• The AI may produce different results for similar inputs.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use this Service to create agents that:

• Engage in illegal activities or promote violence
• Impersonate real individuals without their consent
• Generate or distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Circumvent security measures of third-party services
• Conduct harassment, fraud, or deception

8. Intellectual Property

The workspace files generated for you are yours to use, modify, and deploy as you see fit, subject to these Terms. The Service itself (code, design, system prompts) remains our intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service or deployment of agents created through the Service.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

10. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
