Email Address: We collect your email address when you start the wizard. This is used to identify your session and send you your download link.
Conversation Data: The messages you exchange with our AI wizard are stored temporarily in your session to generate your agent workspace files.
Payment Information: Payment is processed securely by Stripe and/or PayPal. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers. We receive only a confirmation of payment.
Technical Data: We collect your IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We may log basic request metadata (timestamps, page visits) for operational purposes.
Session data (conversation, generated files) is automatically deleted after 24 hours. Your email address may be retained in our logs for record-keeping purposes. Payment records are retained as required by applicable financial regulations.

We use a session cookie (PHP session) to maintain your wizard session. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.
You may request deletion of your data by contacting us. Since session data is automatically deleted after 24 hours, most data is already removed by the time you might request it.
When you provide your email address through any flow on this site (wizard, setup, guide, or direct newsletter signup), we add it to our newsletter list and to our records of services delivered to you. Per our Terms & Conditions, account creation and purchases constitute consent to receive our weekly newsletter — a curated scan of the agentic-AI ecosystem.
What we store: your email address, the date and source you joined the list from (e.g. wizard, footer, blog post), and per-send engagement data (whether you opened a given newsletter, which links you clicked). Engagement data is retained for up to 24 months to evaluate content quality; after that it is aggregated and the per-recipient detail is purged.
Unsubscribing: every newsletter we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking it removes you from future sends immediately and is permanent unless you re-subscribe. Unsubscribing has no effect on transactional emails related to services you have paid for (download links, payment receipts, account notifications).
Bounces and complaints: if your mail server rejects our newsletter as undeliverable, or if you mark a message as spam, we remove you from the list automatically.
No data sharing: we do not sell, rent, or share your email address or engagement data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We use our own mail-sending infrastructure (DuoCircle / mailhop.org) which processes the data under their service terms but does not retain it after delivery.
We use HTTPS encryption for all connections. Session data is stored in server-side directories with restricted permissions. API keys and credentials are never exposed to the browser.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.
